Terms and conditions

By ordering a test you agree to these terms. We test the rules you send, as you confirm them, on the data and period stated in your report.

Payment

• Basic and Full tests: 100% upfront.
• System / Strategy Upgrade and Prop-Firm Prep: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.

Delivery

The clock starts once your rules are confirmed and payment is in.

• Basic and Full tests: 3–5 days.
• System / Strategy Upgrade: 7–10 days.
• Prop-Firm Prep: your plan in 3–5 days, then support until your evaluation ends (one attempt).

Revisions

• Before the test: unlimited fixes to the wording of your rules, until you confirm them.
• After delivery: 1 free re-run if we misread your confirmed rules.
• Changing your rules after confirming them is a new test.

Refunds

• Full refund if we can't test your rules.
• No refund for a result you don't like. The honest verdict is the product.
• If we're more than 3 days late, you can ask for 50% back.

Rules that can't be tested

If your rules depend on judgement (for example, "I enter when it feels right"), we tell you before you pay, help you make them exact, or don't take the job.

Rules of use

Reports are for the client who ordered them. Don't resell, publish or share a report as your own work without our written permission. Don't use our name, logo or sample results to promote another service.

Copyright and infringement

All content on this site, including text, charts, sample reports, videos and the FXjournalist name and logo, belongs to FXjournalist unless stated otherwise. Your trading rules remain yours; we never claim ownership of them. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, or that someone is copying ours, email contact@fxjournalist.com with details and we'll respond.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to do the work: your name or handle, your email, your trading rules and any files you send. We use them to run your test and contact you about it. We never sell your data, and we never share or reuse a client's strategy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by email. We aim to follow Nigeria's data protection law (NDPA 2023).

Risk disclaimer

Trading forex and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Backtest results show how rules behaved on past data; they are not a promise of future profit. Nothing on this site or in our reports is financial advice. We don't give trade signals or manage money.

Verifications and certifications

Business registration and any verifications will be listed here once they are complete. We only list registrations and certifications we actually hold.
